We are happy to announce a new QT project!

Last week, Quality Tracking has started to fill an interim position at Tubes, part of Tata Steel, working location in Zwijndrecht.

Tata Steel is one of Europe’s leading steel producers, with steelmaking in the UK and Netherlands, and manufacturing plants across Europe. The company supplies high-quality steel products to the most demanding markets. Tata Steel works with customers to develop new steel products that give them a competitive edge, the site in Zwijndrecht (and Oosterhout and Maastricht), produces tubes in response to specific customer orders where they supply both standard precision tubes and bespoke tubes to meet customer requirements.

For the coming months, Nardie Rietjens will assist Tubes in the usual daily Quality Engineering tasks like management of quarantined products, management of customer complaints, and management of complaints to suppliers. Next to that he will start up continuous improvement initiatives where necessary, assist in keeping the IATF 16949 certified Quality Management System up to date and perform Measurement System analysis.
