  1. Structuring, improving and controlling documentation
  2. Organizing, planning and performing internal audits
  3. Being the contact person for external (certification, customers) audits (ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949)
  4. Providing Operational support for process improvement by participating in product and process improvement projects, analyzing cost of quality and participating in 8D/Lean projects
  5. Controlling product and process via FMEA reviews
  6. Providing training to stimulate the use of quality tools
